And if she was lying or letting them down, you can be sure that she would have a lot of negative reviews. But she doesn’t. Not really anyway. There are a few guys like here and here that hate on the program, but you can’t please EVERYONE, now can you?

Those are a crazy amount of benefits, although to be fair you do have to pay a bit of a hefty to price to get them. Each portion of the BBG workout costs $69.97 – that means that the 1.0 costs that much, the 2.0 costs that much, and even the eating plan costs that much. You can, however, purchase bundles that will soften the blow to your wallet! Overall, if you’re going to buy the Bikini Body Guide, you’re looking at a total of $210 for the entire 6-month long workout.
Ferruggia is Kayla’s #1 competitor, and her guide is a pretty good substitute and literally costs 1/4 of what the BBG workout costs. However, I’m after results, and I can afford to spend a little money, so I didn’t mind sticking with Kayla. If you are NOT in this position, I highly suggest you try that program instead and see how you like it.
There are plenty of other girls who have compared Kayla vs Jen indepth, including the negative reviewers I mentioned earlier, so I’m not going to get into that right now. Instead, I’m going to talk about why I like the BBG so much.
For one, Kayla caters to vegetarians, vegans, and people who are lactose intolerant or gluten intolerant. This is a progressive mind, especially considering her young age (she’s just twenty-four). And, of course, she offers a “regular” diet plan for you freaks who eat whatever whenever. I’ll admit, this does have the downside of requiring you eat 1500 calories a day (500 calories less than the daily recommended value by the FDA, about a meal’s worth of food). But I didn’t have a problem with that.
Speaking of which, because of her calorie restriction, Nursing or Pregnant women absolutely should NOT even attempt to follow her HELP Nutrition guide. Because if you do, you’ll be the one screaming for “HELP”. Haha! Get it?
No, but for real. That type of calorie restriction is for people who can put their body and mind through some extreme stress with the only potential harm being to themselves. If you attempt that while pregnant or nursing, you’re going to be putting your baby at risk.
Which is of course a big no-no!
Also, I have to be fair and mention that the customer support for this workout plan is near zero. I was getting responses 4-5 days after sending them in, and eventually got used to it and instead would google or YouTube to find answers whenever I had them. But again, I’m a more independent person so this wasn’t a huge deal to me. If you’re the type of person who likes to speak with the people you’re buying stuff from, or are worried you won’t have a full grasp on all the concepts Kayla is going to present you, Jen Ferruggia has a much more active support.
